Description
The Dounce Tissue Homogenizer was designed for disruption of whole cells leaving cell nuclei undamaged. Two pestles are supplied with each complete unit. Large pestle is used for the initial sample reduction. The small pestle is used to form the final homogenate. Designed primarily for cellular work where the nucles remains intact after homogenization.
